Welcome to Révea Skin (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website at reveaskin.co, placing an order, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use this website and make purchases.

Products

Our product line includes, but is not limited to, sonic dermaplaning tools, post-dermaplaning gels, and product bundles. We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that colours, dimensions, or descriptions are entirely error-free. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable product costs but exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. We offer free shipping on orders $75 and above. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99. For full details including estimated delivery times by province, please see our Shipping Policy.

Product Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our sonic dermaplaning tool is a cosmetic device intended for external use only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results may vary.

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any of the following: a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, epilepsy or seizure disorders, active skin conditions (acne, eczema, rosacea, open wounds), are pregnant or nursing, or have any other medical concerns. Use of our products is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Révea Skin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Révea Skin, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, excessive chargebacks, or abusive behaviour toward our staff.
