What's Eligible for Return

Sonic dermaplaning tool – returnable within 60 days of delivery, even if used
Post-dermaplaning gel – final sale (consumable product, non-returnable once opened)

Bundle Returns

Purchased a bundle? Return just the device within 60 days for a refund of the device portion of your order. The gel is yours to keep.

Return Conditions

Return must be initiated within 60 days of delivery
Device must be returned with its charging cable
Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email is fine)
Gently used devices are fully eligible – we want you to actually try it
Device must be in returnable condition (not destroyed, dismantled, or missing components beyond the charging cable)

How to Return

We'll send you return instructions
Pack your device securely and ship it back (customer covers return shipping)
Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at hello@reveaskin.co with photos of the issue. We may send a replacement at no cost or ask you to return the item, at our discretion.

Warranty

Our sonic dermaplaning tool comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your device stops working within 12 months due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage (drops, cracks, crushing)
Water or liquid damage
Unauthorized modifications or disassembly
Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, battery degradation)
Damage caused by use with incompatible products or substances

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel returns or refunds if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or activity inconsistent with normal consumer use. This includes, but is not limited to, serial returns, empty box returns, or misrepresentation of product condition.
